Our Facility

HMI has two adjacent commercial properties, accompanying this are offices in China  and the USA, making HMI a trully global organisation.

The NZ based facility is a well resourced research & development lab, workshop and warehouse of new and replacement parts. All of HMI’s innovations begin with in depth R&D in the purpose built lab where construction and testing of colour, brightness, humidity and temperature ranges of all the products using specialist equipment is carried out.

Concepts and ideas can quickly move to a prototype stage for field testing by working abreast the workshop to produce fully functional working models.

The HMI lab is equipped with technically specific equipment required to produce and measure the latest innovations in intelligent traffic systems and digital signage.
