HMI Technologies partners with GoMentum Station and Singapore Government for ITS and Autonomous Vehicle trials

At the World Congress for Intelligent Transport Systems HMI Technologies and partners announced an international agreement that will see the company testing their Ohmio autonomous shuttles at the world-leading GoMentum Station testing facility outside San Francisco.
Three parties, including HMI Technologies, GoMentum Station and Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the intent to explore opportunities to work cooperatively on demonstration projects, to advance Intelligent Transport Systems and Autonomous Vehicles (AVs).
CEO of HMI Technologies Australia, Dean Zabrieszach, explains HMI’s involvement, “Being part of this partnership, with progressive organisations GoMentum Station and Singapore’s LTA, further demonstrates the growing international respect for HMI Technologies. We look forward to working with the partners renowned for early adoption of intelligent transport systems, helping develop the next generation of sustainable mobility and intelligent transport technology.”
An ITS solutions provider and manufacturer for 15 years, HMI Technologies has been deploying and managing trials of Autonomous Vehicles in in Christchurch, Sydney and Melbourne and recently launched subsidiary Ohmio Automotion to manufacture Connected Autonomous Vehicles (CAVs).
